Dan Raul Pintea (b.1981) este un artist roman reformat independent. Traieste si lucreaza in Sibiu.

Absolvent al Facultatii de Arte Plastice, departamentul de Grafica al Universitatii de Arte si Design, Cluj Napoca, unde și-a susținut si masteratul in 2006. Dan Raul Pintea a participat la numeroase expozitii in tara si expozitii internationale precum: XIII Vila Nova de Cerveira International Biennial of Art ; Trypthycon (DE), Visual Kontakt (GER), Program Gallery (POL), Studiobruck (RO), Steambox (IRL).

Dan Raul Pintea (b.1981) is an independent Romanian reformed artist that lives and works in Sibiu.

In 2004 graduated fine arts at the University of Arts and Design from Cluj Napoca (RO), were he also sustained his MA in 2006. He worked there for a year as a Silkscreen Technician, but seeing that can’t develop personal projects he returned home, to prioritize his thoughts.

Aware of their power he quickly became interested in expressing them through direct, efficient, visual tools. His work and overall approach to art is rather untypical but at the same time they reflect inoculation situation in culture and society.
